Karen-Maia Jackaman

Karen-Maia Jackaman cares deeply about making sure students with disability feel welcome and supported in their learning. As a deputy principal at a Sydney high school, she works closely with students, their parents and  their teachers to find ways to improve outcomes for students with disability.

Having completed her Masters degree in Special and Inclusive Education at UNSW, Karen-Maia uses her expertise to create learning spaces where all students can succeed.

She really likes cats, cake and making people smile.
